CITY OF COLTON <br />aorvor4to ,x <br />AGENDA REPOR40 T N <br />I f ot"� <br />For Council Meeting of October 4, 1994 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATE: September 27, 1994 <br />FROM: JOHN HUTTON <br />Public Works Directo <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF A (5) FOOT STREET DEDICATION AND (5) FOOT PUBLIC <br />UTILITY EASEMENT FOR SINGLE FAMILY PROJECT - APN 163-252-24 - STEVE <br />GOLD <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The project is located at 428 E. "N" Street. As a condition to the <br />development of the site, the applicant was required to provide the City with <br />a five ( 5 ) foot street dedication and a five ( 5 ) foot Public Utility Easement <br />along the frontage of the Parcel - APN 163-252-24. <br />SUMMARY: <br />As a requirement of the conditions of approval the applicant has submitted <br />the required documents which have been reviewed by staff and they meet with <br />staffs approval. (see attached documents) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept the street dedication and <br />Public Utility Easement and authorize the City Clerk to execute the recording <br />of said documents. <br />Report prepared by James King <br />B:ACCAGEN <br />t <br />
