"N" Street. As a condition to the <br />development of the site, the applicant was required to provide the City with <br />a five ( 5 ) foot street dedication and a five ( 5 ) foot Public Utility Easement <br />along the frontage of the Parcel - APN 163-252-24. <br />SUMMARY: <br />As a requirement of the conditions of approval the applicant has submitted <br />the required documents which have been reviewed by staff and they meet with <br />staffs approval. (see attached documents) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept the street dedication and <br />Public Utility Easement and authorize the City Clerk to execute the recording <br />of said documents. <br />Report prepared by James King <br />B:ACCAGEN <br />t <br />
