1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />a <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />1s <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />BILLINGS AND PAYMENT: <br />11.1 Edison shall render bills to Colton for: (1) One - <br />Time Collectible Cost, (2) ITCC, (3) Monthly <br />Charge, (4) FERC fees and charges pursuant to <br />Section 20.3, and (5) termination costs in <br />accordance with Section 10 if any. <br />11.2 Until the actual recorded Added Facilities Cost is <br />determined by Edison, Edison's Monthly Charge to <br />Colton shall be based on the estimated cost of <br />$546,000 as stated in Exhibit A times 1.6% and <br />shall be subject to change in accordance with <br />Section 20.2. Edison shall bill Colton for the <br />Monthly Charge on or before the first calendar day <br />of each month starting in the same month that the <br />Added Facilities become operational. Colton shall <br />pay Edison the bill by the 20th calendar day of <br />each month in which Services were rendered. <br />11.3 Upon completion of the installation of the Added <br />Facilities, Edison shall determine the actual <br />recorded Added Facilities Cost, the One -Time <br />Collectible Cost, the appropriate adjustments to <br />the ITCC, and the Monthly Charge, and shall provide <br />Colton with a reconciliation of such actual costs <br />with the estimated costs and make the appropriate <br />retroactive adjustments in charges pursuant to such <br />reconciliation.
