If the Federal <br />Reserve Bulletin or its successor(s) no longer <br />exist, then the then -current prime interest rate <br />shall be the "Bank prime loan" rate for the month <br />preceding the month in which the payment was due as <br />published in the "FEDERAL RESERVE statistical <br />release" (G.13) "SELECTED INTEREST RATES" or its <br />successor(s). At anytime, if the then -current <br />prime interest rate plus five percent (50) is <br />deemed to be unlawful, then the maximum legal <br />interest rate which is applicable to this Agreement <br />shall apply. <br />11.5 In the event Colton desires to dispute all or any <br />part of any bill submitted by Edison, Colton shall <br />nevertheless pay the full amount of the bill when <br />due and shall give notification in writing within <br />one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of <br />the billing stating the grounds for the dispute and <br />the amount in dispute. Colton shall not be <br />entitled to an adjustment on any bill which is not <br />brought to the attention of Edison within the time <br />and in the manner herein specified.
