This Agreement will enable Edison to install and construct <br />facilities associated with providing Colton with a third 66 kV breaker <br />position and feeder line at Edison's Colton Substation. In summary, the <br />Agreement will obligate Colton to pay Edison a Monthly Charge which is <br />the product of 1.6 percent and the capital investment of $546,000 (see <br />Exhibit A of the Agreement). In addition, Colton is obligated to pay a One - <br />Time Collectible Cost of approximately $17,000 which is subject to <br />Income Tax Component of Contribution (ITCC) which is currently 34 <br />percent. Both the One -Time Cost and ITCC must be paid in full prior to <br />Edison starting work on the Added Facilities for Colton. Also, the <br />installation date in Section 6.2, date of payment of the One -Time <br />Collectible Cost and ITCC in Section 8.2 must be agreed upon. <br />If you or your staff would like to meet to finalize the Agreement or have <br />
