Hutton, Director
of Public Works, as the Liaison Officer.
The regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation state that notice
relating to the DB Program shall be published in both minority and majority
local media. This notice will inform the public that the City will accept
comments for informational purposes only, for 45 days from the date of the
notice.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Without adoption of the DB Program, the City will not be eligible for
Federal -Aid funds.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached Resolution for the
disadvantaged Business Program (DB).
City Manager's Concurrence: 4V4
Attachments: 1
B MEAGEN
0,em
gra, ao
