AGENDA REPORT <br />City Council Meeting <br />August 18, 1994 <br />Recommendation: <br />The planning department would like to prepare a Request for Proposal outlining <br />the areas to be included in the study for submission to various consultants who work in this <br />field. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council authorize staff to prepare and circulate <br />a request for proposal for a capital infrastructure study to be conducted in order to determine <br />appropriate capital infrastructure fees to be imposed on new development within the City. When <br />proposals are received, the Planning Department will report to the City Council so that a <br />determination may be made of the most cost efficient way to proceed. <br />Concurrence: <br />City Manag r <br />
