Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City Clerk at 370- 5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless Members of the Council, Staff or the Public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. (2) Warrants - Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated July 27, 1995, consisting of 25 Pages; Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated August 2, 1995, consisting of 8 Pages, as recommended by the Director of Finance. (3) Bid - Award of Bid for Transformers. (4) Personnel/RDA - Ratification of employee appointment to the full-time position of Project Manager in the Redevelopment Department. (5) Personnel/Police - Ratification of employee appointments to the part-time position of Police Cadet (3) in the Police Department. (6) Personnel/Neighborhood Services - Ratification of employee appointments to the part- time positions of Recreation Leader I and II and Facility Monitor in the Neighborhood Services Department. (7) RDA - Update of Landscape Maintenance Efforts.
