RAMOS, CMC, being first duly sworn, deposes <br />and says: <br />That I am the duly chosen, qualified and Acting City <br />Clerk, that the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, held February 7, 1995, was declared adjourned to the <br />time and place specified in the Notice of Adjournment which is <br />attached hereto. <br />That on February 8, 1995 at the hour of 8:10 A. M., I <br />posted a copy of Notice of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on <br />or near the door of the place at which said Regular Council <br />Meeting of February 7, 1995 was properly noticed and the <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting of February 14, 1995 was called. <br />HELEN A.
