RAMOS, CMC, being first duly sworn, deposes <br />and says: <br />That I am the duly chosen, qualified and Acting City <br />Clerk, that the Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Colton, held February 15, 1995, was declared <br />adjourned to the time and place specified in the Notice of <br />Adjournment which is attached hereto. <br />That on February 15, 1995 at the hour of 7:30 A. M., I <br />posted a copy of Notice of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on <br />or near the door of the place at which said Regular Adjourned <br />Council Meeting of February 15, 1995 was properly noticed and the <br />Regular Meeting of February 21, 1995 was called. <br />HELEN A.
