Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City Clerk at 370- 5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless Members of the Council, Staff or the Public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. (3) Bid - Award of Bid for Landscape Maintenance District to Azteca Landscape in the Amount of $67,466.50. (4) Bid - Award of Bid for Mobile Traffic Monitor Trailer for the Police Department. (5) Bid - Award of Bid for two mini pick-ups with Extended Cabs for the Police Department. (6) Personnel/Water-Wastewater Department - Ratification of Employee Appointments to the Full -Time Positions of Wastewater Treatment Operator I (1 Position) and Wastewater Treatment Operator II (I Position).
