NOTICE TO PUBLIC <br />Staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item referred to, on the <br />Agenda, are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public <br />inspection. <br />Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City <br />Clerk at 370-5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on <br />the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager <br />MAYOR & COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />1. Power Cost Adjustment; <br />2. Cash Flow Analysis; <br />3. Review of Utility Users Tax; and, <br />4.
