Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City Clerk at 370- 5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless Members of the Council, Staff or the Public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. (2) Warrants - Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated December 14, 1995, consisting of 21 Pages; Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated December 18, 1995, consisting of 24 Pages; and, Two Single Page Payroll Warrants Registers, dated December 12, 1995, and Payroll Warrants Register, dated December 19, 1995, consisting of 11 Pages, as recommended by the Director of Finance. (3) Personnel - Fire Doartment - Ratification of Employee Appointment to the Full -Time Position of Fire Engineer in the Fire Department. (4) Personnel - City Manager's Office - Request Council Approval for the Upgrade of the Position of Intermediate Typist Clerk to the Position of Administrative Secretary in the City Manager's Office.
