Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide <br />copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />(A) The City Council will meet in Closed Session to Confer with Legal Counsel <br />regarding two matters of Pending Litigation pursuant to the Government Code <br />Section 54956.9(b): <br />City of Colton v. Club 215 <br />Young v. City of Colton <br />Tennyson v. City of Colton <br />In re Cedarbrool< Terrace, Inc. <br />(B) The City Council will meet in Closed Session to Confer with Legal Counsel <br />regarding One Matter of Potential Litigation and One Matter in which the City <br />may consider Initiating Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section <br />549567.9(b) <br />(C) The City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54957.6 to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez <br />Harmon, regarding Negotiations with Representatives of the International <br />Brotherhood of Electrical Worl<ers (IBEW) Local 47, Electric Unit; Colton Police <br />Officers Association (CPOA); and SBPEA for General Unit and <br />Management/Confidential Unit. <br />(D) The City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54957 regarding Consultation with Chief of Police regarding potential <br />threat to public facilities. <br />(E) The City Council will meet in Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54957 regarding Labor Negotiations with unrepresented Executive <br />employees. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />MOTION SECOND <br />5 <br />JUL 0 2 1996 <br />
