M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of taking action on the following matters: WATER/WASTEWATER DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: (1) Wastewater Financial Plan and Rate Study. Consider Amending Exhibits A and B of Chapter 13.16 of the Colton Municipal Code establishing Sewer Rates, Sewer Connection Charges, Wastewater Capacity Charges and Wastewater Discharge Permit Fees, SECOND READING, ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-96. [Item #39, Agenda 6/4/96] CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: (2) Acceptance and Approval of Fiscal Year 1994-95 Audit.
