MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: FLAG SALUTE: INVOCATION: Dr. Tom Harvick ROLL CALL: CLOSED SESSION: (A) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding Negotiations with Representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management Bargaining Units. (B) City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, with respect to Public Employee Appointment: Appointment of Interim City Manager. (C) City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section54957, to discuss Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release. (D) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), to Confer with its Legal Counsel regarding the following matters of Pending Litigation: Cit� of Colton v. Steward Steward V. Sandoval. Biggs, et al City of Colton v.
