EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 8:23 p. m., on the request of Mayor Huntoon. The City Council reconvened at 9:37 p. m., all members present. Mayor Huntoon stated the Council members had adjourned to Executive Session to discuss Meet and Confer items. ADJOURNMENT: With no further business to come before the Council at this time, on motion of Councilwoman Spragins, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:38 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Saturday, June 15, 1974, at 9:00 a. m., in the Council Chambers. Mayor SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING June 17, 1974 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 7:00 p. m., Mayor Huntoon presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on June 13 and 14, 1974, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. ROLL CALL: Council members present were Hayes, Spragins, Rehrer, Gonzales, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Huffaker, Finance Director McGuire, Planning Director Williams, Acting Chief of Police Elliott, Fire Chief Temby, Public Works Superintendent Young, Administrative Analyst Norris, and City Clerk Ramos. Mayor Huntoon announced that the purpose of the Special Meeting tonight was to review the 1974-75 Fiscal Budget. Mayor Huntoon stated that before beginning the budget review, the Council would adjourn to a brief executive session.
