RAMOS <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />Approved this 21st day of November, 1978. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 21, 1978 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales pre- <br />siding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by the Reverend Delbert A. Shaw of the Foursquare Church <br />of Colton. <br />Rnl I M I <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, and Mayor Gonzales. Also <br />present were City Manager Calabrese, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. <br />FI F('TTnNS <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to accept the Certi- <br />ficate of the Registrar of Voters for the City of Colton Special Municipal Election <br />held November 7, 1978. Unanimous vote. <br />Mayor Gonzales called Council Member elect Leonard E. Temby forward to receive the <br />Oath of Office. <br />City Clerk Ramos administered the Oath of Office and issued the Certificate of <br />Election to Councilman Temby. <br />Councilman Temby stated he felt it was a privilege for him to serve as a Council <br />Member and he would strive to do his very best for the City of Colton. <br />Mayor Gonzales and the Council Members welcomed Mr. Temby to the City Council. <br />CONSENT'CALENDAR: <br />Mi niitAc <br />November 7, 1978 <br />November 14, 1978 <br />Warrants <br />21673 through 21907 <br />16590 through 16754 <br />November 17, 1978 Inclusive <br />Bids <br />Request permission to advertise for bids on Transformers and 20,000 feet of <br />power cable, Electric Department. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve the Con- <br />sent Calendar.
