CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Real Estate/City Properties City Attorney Edwards recommended, for Council's consideration and approval, the sale of City property, Lots 3, 11 and 12, of Block 10, Martin Tract, in the City of San Bernardino, near the vicinity of Mill and Mt. Vernon Streets, which had been appraised by S and I Company at a value of $12,000. Mr. Edwards concluded if the Council concurs with the sale of this property, which Staff feels is unnecessary for City use, it would be in order to pass prove Resolution No. 3814. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution No. 3814. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 3814 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHOR- IZING ITS SALE. Second Reading 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSI- FICATIONS. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1538.
