After additional discussion, on Council consensus, this matter was referred back 65 <br />to Staff for continued study and report. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Real Estate/City Properties <br />City Attorney Edwards recommended, for Council's consideration and approval, the <br />sale of City property, Lots 3, 11 and 12, of Block 10, Martin Tract, in the City <br />of San Bernardino, near the vicinity of Mill and Mt. Vernon Streets, which had <br />been appraised by S and I Company at a value of $12,000. <br />Mr. Edwards concluded if the Council concurs with the sale of this property, <br />which Staff feels is unnecessary for City use, it would be in order to pass <br />prove Resolution No. 3814. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3814. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3814 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, DECLARING REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHOR- <br />IZING ITS SALE. <br />Agreements <br />City Attorney Edwards presented an Agreement, for Council's consideration and <br />approval, with the law firm of Blecher, Collins & Hoecker, establishing attorneys' <br />fees for the filing of an anti-trust lawsuit against Southern California Edison <br />Company, as previously approved by the City Council. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve and author- <br />ize Mayor to execute Agreement with Blecher, Collins & Hoecker, law firm, per- <br />taining to lawsuit against Southern California Edison Company. Unanimous vote. <br />Ordinance No. 1538 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1538 for Second Reading, reading <br />it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1538 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br />Second Reading 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSI- <br />FICATIONS. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to waive further <br />reading of Ordinance No. 1538. Vote was unanimous. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to adopt Ordinance No. <br />1538.
