EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 6:07 p. m., to discuss matters of Personnel and Litigation, and reconvened at 7:27 p. m., all members present. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, that the position of the Electric Utility Director be filled by appointment by the City Manager of Mr. Gales Drews. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Under direction of the City Council, City Manager Calabrese appointed Mr. Gale Drews as the Electric Utility Director. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to ratify the ap- pointment of Mr. Gale Drews to the position of Electric Utility Director. Motion carried by unanimous vote. An.inlIRNMFNT Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Temby and unanimously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p. m., to 5:00 p. m., on Wednesday, July 11, 1979, to meet for an Adjourned Budget Session Meeting. RECESS: Council recessed at 5:07 p. m., in order to meet and convene as the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. The City Council reconvened at 5:21 p. m. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 5:23 p. m., for the purpose of discussing Personnel Matters. The Council reconvened at 6:26 p. m., all members present. LABOR RELATIONS: City Manager Calabrese read his memorandum stating that per Government Code Sec- tion 3500, the City of Colton has met and conferred with the Police Association and the San Bernardino Public Employees Association and has reached Memorandums of Understanding covering Police, Fire and General Employees. Mr. Calabrese continued from his memorandum that resolutions have been prepared covering the Memorandums of Understanding marked as Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", as well as the policy for sick leave conversion. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve Resolution Nos. 3922 and 3923. Unanimously approved. JUL 11 1979
