City Council pursuant to the recommendations as outlined in Mr. Brown's letter 335 <br />dated October 12, 1979. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Temby, to employ the firm of <br />Best, Best and Krieger to handle possible litigation for the relocation of Edison <br />facilities concerning Assessment District No. 78-2. Vote was unanimous. <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Mobile Home Rent Review Board <br />City Attorney Edwards reviewed his memorandum dated October 29, 1979, regarding the <br />establishment of a Mobile Home Rent Review Board, as previously discussed by the <br />City Council. <br />Mr. Edwards stated he has prepared a resolution which would establish a 9 -member <br />board, appointed by the City Council, -if this is the Council's intent and desire. <br />Mr. Thomas Lee, 12800 South La Cadena Drive, Colton, and resident of the Lake <br />Cadena Mobile Home Park, stated he was hopeful that the City Council would act <br />on this matter this evening, and this Board should have been enacted over a year <br />ago. <br />After additional discussion, moved by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilman Hayes, <br />(� to approve Resolution No. 3946. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3946 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALI- <br />FORNIA, ESTABLISHING A MOBILE HOME PARK RENT REVIEW BOARD. <br />Q <br />Q Mayor Gonzales suggested that the Council Members consider appointments and have <br />recommendations available at the next regular Council Meeting, November 20, 1979. <br />Boards and Commissions <br />Appointments <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Temby, ratifying reappointments <br />of Father Michael Keane to the Cemetery Commission and Rolin Grider to the Planning <br />Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 9:03 p. m., to meet as the Redevelopment Agency for <br />the City of Colton, and reconvened at 9:08 p. m. <br />EXECUTIVF SFSSTON- <br />The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 9:09 p. m., to discuss Personnel <br />Matters, and reconvened at 10:07 p. m., all Members present. <br />Retirement <br />Police <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Hayes, to approve Resolution <br />No. 3943.
