City Council pursuant to the recommendations as outlined in Mr. Brown's letter 335 dated October 12, 1979. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Temby, to employ the firm of Best, Best and Krieger to handle possible litigation for the relocation of Edison facilities concerning Assessment District No. 78-2. Vote was unanimous. Boards & Commissions Mobile Home Rent Review Board City Attorney Edwards reviewed his memorandum dated October 29, 1979, regarding the establishment of a Mobile Home Rent Review Board, as previously discussed by the City Council. Mr. Edwards stated he has prepared a resolution which would establish a 9 -member board, appointed by the City Council, -if this is the Council's intent and desire. Mr. Thomas Lee, 12800 South La Cadena Drive, Colton, and resident of the Lake Cadena Mobile Home Park, stated he was hopeful that the City Council would act on this matter this evening, and this Board should have been enacted over a year ago.
