472 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 23, 1980 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 5:00 p. m., Mayor Gonzales presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on September 22, 1980, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. Rni i (AI I Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were Acting City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 5:03 p. m., to discuss matters of Litigation. The City Council reconvened at 6:12 p. m., all members present. Mayor Gonzales stated the City Council had considered the revised sewer agreement proposal submitted by Grand Terrace this afternoon. Mayor Gonzales said at first glance, it (the reviesed proposal) appears to contain far too many changes in the concepts previously informally agreed upon by both entities. Mayor Gonzales con- cluded that if Grand Terrace does not take action by Friday, then the City will have to inform the Judge that we cannot settle the matter and ask for an early trial date. Mayor Gonzales apologized to all those to whom this issue is causing an inconvenience and reassured them the City of Colton wants to settle this matter. Awn IRNMFNT Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 6:14 p. m. HELEN A. Notice of Special Meeting was given on September 29, 1980, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. R01 MI Council Members present were Hayes, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were Acting City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros and Councilman Rehrer. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 6:04 p. m., to discuss matters of Litigation, and reconvened at 7:20 p. m., all Members present.
