44Mr*Frank Smith, > 270 West F Street Colton,- complained to the Council Members regarding the problem of dust being stirred up by motorcycles and cars along a strip of dirt located between the railroad tracks and 6th Street, and he felt the City should do something about this, and notify the railroad about the problem. Mr. Fred Cordova, 190 West E Street, Colton, thanked Councilman Rehrer for attending the reception held at Williams Furnace Company, and said he would liked to have seen the other Council Members at the reception also. Mr. Cordova said he was in favor of consolidating our City Elec- tions with the County. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:57 p. m., to discuss matters of Litigation, Case No. 222853, Adams vs. City of Colton, Per- sonnel Matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Labor Re- lations Matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and recon- vened at 9:23 p. m., all Members present.
