Unanimous vote. <br />Civil Service Board: - Appointment of Yolanda Lopez; Reappointment of <br />Eugene McMeans and Jeanie Ferrante. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, ratifying ap- <br />pointments to the Civil Service Board. Unanimous vote. <br />Cemetery Commission: - Appointment of Bud R. Allen, Norman L. Madsen, <br />Jack J. Judy, and R.
