26 CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Investments Res. No. 4546 City Attorney Edwards presented Resolution No. 4546 for Council's con- sideration and approval, relating to an investment policy for the City as recommended by City Treasurer, Margaret Berkebile. Mr. Edwards said Staff would recommend approval. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approven,111'111,1__."', Resolution No. 4546 and adopt Investment Policy for the City.
