Unanimous vote. <br />Refuse - Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, <br />to add two Truck Driver Operator positions. Unanimous vote. <br />Refuse - Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman <br />Rehrer, to approve purchase of refuse truck in the amount of $98,000 <br />and delete the refuse truck lease. Unanimous vote. <br />Cemetery - Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, <br />to approve a full time Maintenance Man I and delete one part time <br />Cemetery Caretaker. Unanimous vote. <br />Crossing Guards - Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Council. <br />man Rios, to approve the adjustment needed to increase the Crossing <br />Guard salaries to $4.00 per hour. Unanimous vote. <br />Civic Center - Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Council- <br />woman Garcia, to direct staff to submit a proposal for upgrading of <br />of City Hall, in particular, the cleaning of drapes, cleaning or <br />replacement of carpeting in lobby.
