City Manager Benest stated that Item No. 13, Public Hearing on C.D.B. <br />G. Vote was unanimous. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Condemnations <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Community Development Director Aguilera reported on the condemnation <br />and demolition of the structure at 1756 Riverside Avenue and the Ex- <br />pense Report, advising that all the proper notices have been given to <br />the property owners and the Notices of Administrative Proceedings have <br />been filed with the County Recorder. <br />Mr. Aguilera continued Section 1607 of the Uniform Housing Code provides <br />authority for the City Council to determine that the assessments in the <br />amount of $500 or more, resulting from demolition expenses, shall be <br />FEB 21 1989 <br />
