<br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-3-89 for First Reading,
<br />reading it as to number and title only, and advising this was a revised
<br />version of the previous ordinance relating to residential sales with the
<br />changes made as requested.
<br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass
<br />First Reading and waive full reading of Ordinance No. 0-3-89. Vote was
<br />unanimous.
<br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:20 p. m., to discuss
<br />Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9, re-
<br />garding WCB87BGN117206, and Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Govern-
<br />ment Code Section 54957.6, and reconvened at 10:03 p. m., all Members
<br />present.

<br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held
<br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City
<br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding.
<br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br />regarding Resolution No. R-34-89, affording supplemental compensation to
<br />the City Clerk, be removed and discussed at the next regular Council Meet-
<br />ing.
