R-116-89 - RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO INCUR BONDED INDEBTED- <br />NESS IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,000,000 WITHIN PRO- <br />POSED COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 89-2. <br />Fleming Park <br />Ms. Keane stated she had an off -the -Agenda item that needed Council's <br />consideration and approval, regarding the use of Fleming Park. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, that the <br />need to take action arose subsequent to the Agenda being posted regard- <br />ing the use of Fleming Park. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />request from Colton High School Yellowjackets Band Parents for use of <br />Fleming Park on Thursday, August 31, 1989, from 6:00 to 10:00 p. m., <br />for concert and potluck. Unanimous vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance Nos. 0-16-89 & 0-17-89 <br />Second Reading <br />® City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance Nos. 0-16-89 and 0-17-89 for <br />CO Second Reading, reading them as to number and title only, advising that <br />Q these Ordinances concern Community Facilities Districts Nos. 87-1 and <br />88-1 respectively. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second <br />Reading and adopt Ordinance Nos. 0-16-89 and 0-17-89.
