Councilwoman Cisneros adjourned the Redevelopment Agency Meeting. Mrs. <br />Cisneros stated she would like to commend Staff for the excellent job <br />that was done in bringing this K Mart store to our community. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Bids <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, awarding <br />Bid to Communications Resources Company in the amount of $14,200, to <br />provide communication consulting for telephone service. Unanimous vote. <br />M.O.U.'s <br />City Manager Young stated he was please to announce that four employee <br />units have now ratified and the M.O.U.'s are in the process of being <br />signed. Mr. Young advised these units consist of Police Management, <br />Police Rank & File, the General Unit, and the Management/Confidential <br />Unit. <br />Closed Session <br />Mr. Young requested a Closed Session at the end of the Meeting. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Ralph Kilborn, Reche Canyon Resident, invited the Council Members <br />and all present to attend California Trail. Days on April 21 & 22, 1990, <br />at the Hitchin' Post located in Reche Canyon. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 8:38 p. m., to take up the business of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:42 p.m., <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45 p. m., to discuss <br />Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1), <br />and reconvened at 10:05 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Lofy and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned to Meeting at 10:05 p. m., to meet for <br />an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 19, 1990, at 4:30 p.m., <br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />HELEN A.
