ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 12, 1990 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. ROLL CALL Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. REVIEW OF FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 BUDGET City Manager Sotelo presented the 1990-91 Fiscal Year Operations and Maintenance Budget to the City Council explaining that at this time he would recommend that the Council accept the budget and review it a a Budget Session to be held on Thursday, June 14, 1990 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Sotelo reported that he and the Finance Staff will continue to review the expanded portion of the budget with the individual Depart- ment Directors. The complete comprehensive budget will be submitted to the Council for review prior to actual Council consideration tentative- ly scheduled for early August, 1990. Moved by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Lofy, to approve the City Manager's recommendation to accept the 1990-91 Fiscal Year Operations and Maintenance Budget for review. Unanimous vote. SALARY COMPENSATION FOR CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER City Manager Sotelo reported that the Council at its meeting of June 5, 1990, did approve a 6% Salary Increase for the City Clerk and the City Treasurer and that resolutions before the Council tonight are to implement that action. Mr. Sotelo recommended the Council adopt the resolutions before them. Moved by Council Member Lofy, seconded by Council Member Rios, to approve Resolutions Nos. R-59-90 and R-60-90. Unanimous vote.
