Mr. Sotelo stated, for the future, a Mid -Year Budget Review will be held <br />in December 1990, to insure that the budget continues on track. <br />Mr. Sotelo stated not presented today is the RDA Budget. Mr. Sotelo <br />said the RDA Budget will be given to the Council today for review and <br />that adoption of this budget is also scheduled for June 19, 1990. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked about minuses shown and the apparent deletion of <br />the Sister City under Community Promotion. <br />Mr. Sotelo and Mr. Young both replied that the minuses have been <br />appropriated elsewhere in the budget. This budget is a continuation <br />of the existing budget. The Sister City has been provided within the <br />$8,000 allocated to Community Promotion. <br />Councilwoman Cisneros inquired about the $20,000 reflected under <br />Professional Services in the City Treasurer's Budget. <br />City Manager Sotelo responded that the money is for Contract work with <br />a Consultant approved by the City Council and that the amount reflected <br />is what is necessary for ensuing fiscal year. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this <br />time, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 10:40 a.m. <br />HELEN A.
