(""� <br />Development Agreement <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />Mr. John Brown, of Best, Best & Krieger, stated this Development Agree- <br />ment, with Gatlin/Berger Developments, Inc., is the same issue as pre- <br />viously discussed, and recommended bringing the Agreement into conform- <br />ity with the Redevelopment Agency actions. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked if anyone present desired to speak on this matter. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, the Public Hear- <br />ing was closed. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass First <br />Reading, and waive full reading, of ORDINANCE NO. 0-4-90, and accepting <br />counter proposal of Gatlin/Berger as outlined by Legal Counsel, Dan <br />Olivier, conditioned upon the Sales and Use,Tax issue being resolved. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-4-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING <br />(First Reading) THE GATLIN/BERGER DEVELOPMENTS, INC. DEVELOP- <br />MENT AGREEMENT. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:00 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and <br />Labor Relation Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and <br />reconvened at 8:40 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 8:40 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
