The Proclamation was accepted by Electric <br />Utility Director, Gale Drews. <br />Resolutions <br />Mayor Gonzales read in full a Resolution of Acknowledgement on behalf of <br />0 <br />Yau Shing Lai, Senior Plans Examiner, Community Development Department, <br />commending him for his achievement in becoming a California Registered <br />Professional Engineer. The Resolution was accepted by Mr. Lai. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros,, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to adopt <br />Resolution No. R-103-90. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-103-90 - <br />() Certificates <br />RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, <br />IN SUPPORT OF "KEEP CALIFORNIA MOVING DAY"I <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1990. <br />Mrs. Georgia Cordova, President of the Colton Lioness Club, introduced <br />the three Student Winners of the Annual Colton Lioness Club Writing <br />Contest; Erika Gonzales, 1st Place, 4th Grade, Wilson Elementary School, <br />Erasmo Partida, 2nd Place, 4th Grade, Wilson Elementary School, and <br />Christina Guzman, 1st Place, 5th Grade, Lincoln Elementary School. Each <br />student read their essay, "What Colton Means To Me", and were presented <br />with Certificates of Commendation from the Mayor and City Council. <br />CITY MANAGERIS REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Personnel <br />City Manager Sotelo introduced to the Councilmembers Mr. Robert Wynn, <br />Acting Parks, Recreation and Human Services Director for our City.
