(23) Closed Session - Personnel Matters, Pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54957, and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54956.9(a). <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the <br />jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires action will <br />be referred to Staff for a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide <br />a copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />MOTION SECOND <br />Staff reports, or other written documentation relating to each item referred to on the <br />Agenda are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public <br />inspection. <br />Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City <br />Clerk at 370-5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on <br />the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. <br />The City Council encourages public input on all City issues within the Rules of <br />Decorum as follows: <br />DECORUM AND ORDER <br />To help conduct the business of the City Council in an orderly fashion, the City <br />Council has adopted rules pertaining to Decorum and Order. The City Council will <br />strictly enforce these rules in order to allow full expression of ideas and ol2inions by <br />citizens, staff or legal counsel. The rules are summarized below: <br />Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistling, clapping, <br />yelling, and similar demonstrations shall NOT be permitted by the Presiding <br />Officer. Any disrupting demonstrations shall be cause for the Chief of Police <br />to clear the Council Chambers or to remove individual offenders upon direction <br />of the Presiding Officer. <br />rd <br />AUG. o 1992 <br />
