Meeting, shall be ruled out of order by the Presiding Officer. <br />If someone begins to make impertinent or slanderous remarks, <br />the Presiding Officer (or the City Manager or City Attorney at <br />the direction of the Presiding Officer) will instruct the <br />person to follow the Council Rules. If the <br />person does not cease, the Presiding Officer will instruct the <br />Chief of Police to remove the person from the Council Chambers <br />and bar him/her from further audience before the Council. <br />4 <br />DEC -T 11992 <br />
