ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide a copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record.
