less than the average of surrounding communities. <br />City Manager Lewis said he would be glad to explore methods to <br />cascade the fee increase and would bring this matter back to the <br />City Council at the next regular meeting. <br />Councilmember Lofy stated he would not be in attendance at the next <br />meeting when the fee increases are to be considered; however, he wanted <br />to let the record reflect that he was in support of adopting the budget <br />with the proposed rate increases. He is not opposed to having <br />the City Manager work out language to, if necessary, adopt the rates <br />incrementally. <br />Moved by Councilmember Lofy, seconded by Councilmember Roman, to adopt <br />Resolution No. R-67-92, adopting Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget. Motion <br />carried.
