COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 16, 1992 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given <br />date at 7:40 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr who was present in place and stead of <br />Chaplain Jack Colburn. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were <br />City Manager Lewis, City Attorney Biggs, and City Clerk Ramos.
