City Manager Lewis reminded Councilmembers that this is part of the <br />financial recovery program recently enacted by them. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Lofy, <br />to approve the Agreement of Indebtedness. Unanimous vote. <br />CITY CLERK/CEMETERY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Clerk Ramos reported that at its January Meeting, the Cemetery <br />Commission approved increases for cemetery fees to provide revenue <br />to meet increased costs in supplies, to improve maintenance, to <br />continue its beautification program and for future development of <br />the remaining 15 acres, more or less, of undeveloped area. City <br />Clerk Ramos announced that the result of a recent survey showed <br />that the Hermosa Memorial Gardens Cemetery is still below and very <br />competative with other municipal cemeteries. Staff recommended <br />approval of the proposed resolution to join with the Cemetery <br />Commission's approval. <br />Motion by Councilman Roman, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to adopt <br />Resolution R-32-92 to Increase Cemetery Fees. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
