M. <br />MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />INVOCATION: Chaplain Glen Harris <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING CITY COUNCIL <br />Please obtain a card from the City Clerk and fill out, noting item <br />number on Agenda, or address City Council under oral communications <br />portion of Agenda. <br />The City Council encourages public input on all City issues within <br />the Rules of Decorum. <br />NOTICE TO PUBLIC <br />- All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the <br />City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in <br />the form listed below.
