SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 21, 1992 <br />Mr. Charles Paul, 2520 Jefferson, Riverside stated after <br />discussing with Santa Ana Watershed project authority, the <br />Director of Public Utilities, and some council members, <br />maybe this is not a compatibility of the existing land uses <br />but maybe a precondemnation act because the city wants to <br />preserve my site for sewer facilities. <br />I have also had some discussions which have led to talk of; <br />Flow control <br />MRF's <br />Pass through tippage <br />Host city fees <br />Franchise fees <br />These thoughts to generate revenue leave some questions to <br />be resolved. <br />Also raised was the best and highest use of property. <br />
