City Engineer Jaker provided a PowerPoint presentation and presented for council <br />consideration. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Harold Priest explained that there is a bell at <br />the Fire Station that was originally at the old City Hall originally located at Valley Blvd since <br />1887 <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Ramos to approved staff's recommendation.
