CIN OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2006 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:00 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Hernandez, Chastain, Mitchell, Ramos and Mayor Bennett. <br />Councilmembers De La Rosa and Suchil absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed. Session to discuss <br />item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inca - West, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court Case No. CV 05-01479 DDP(Ex) <br />Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced with no reportable action on Item A. <br />A.
