PUBLIC HEARINGS: Appeal — Fide Index No. DAP -000-668 — Global Premier Develoament This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider The Planning Commission's Decision On Request For Design Review, Lot Merger, Environmental Assessment And Minor Variance To Reduce The Rear Setback To Combine Four Lots Into One Lot To Develop A 39 -Unit, Low - Income Housing, Apartment Complex On 839 East Fairway Drive, Colton Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received.
