None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Proclamation CM Oliva read the proclamation in honor of "National Library Week" and <br />presented to Ruth Martinez, Library Manager who accepted and <br />acknowledged members of the Library Board present in the audience <br />Board member(s) Johnson, Lopez, and Hines; <br />• Proclamation Mayor Chastain read the proclamation in honor of "National Day of <br />Prayer" and presented to Pastor Bob Johnson. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Appeal — Fide Index No. DAP -000-668 — Global Premier Develoament <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider The Planning Commission's Decision On <br />Request For Design Review, Lot Merger, Environmental Assessment And Minor Variance To <br />Reduce The Rear Setback To Combine Four Lots Into One Lot To Develop A 39 -Unit, Low - <br />Income Housing, Apartment Complex On 839 East Fairway Drive, Colton <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Ruben Gomez, spoke against the project; <br />Mayor announced this item is being continued to May 15, 2007 as requested by the appellant; <br />2007 APRIL 17 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -2- <br />
