Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. CEREMONIAL MATTERS: Presentations, Awards, Proclamations Acceptance of Donation from Mr. Byron Marques of a Bronze Sculptured Bust of Ken Hubbs, by Artist Patrick Jewett. Community Services Director Smith introduced the acceptance of the sculpture bust of Ken Hubbs with the Artist Patrick Jewett present and Miss Griffith representing Mr. Byron Marques who is ill this evening; Director Smith provided a brief background on Mr. Marques and the artist Mr. Jewett, and Mayor Chastain unveiled the sculpture. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Stormwater Fee This was The Time And Place Fixed To Consider To Approve And Adopt A Resolution Approving The Basic Fee For Stormwater Services And The Stormwater Management User Fee For Fiscal Year 2007/2008 As Provided For In Chapter 14.01 Of The Colton Municipal Code. Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Padilla announced that the affidavit of publication for the public hearing was on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. City Engineer Jakher provided a PowerPoint presentation and and overview of the agenda item for council consideration and approval of staff's recommendation. PUBLIC COMMENT None Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Mitchell to close the public hearing. Unanimous vote. Motion/second by Mayor Chastain/CM Yzaguirre to approve and adopt Resolution R-106-07 Approving The Basic Fee For Stormwater Services And The Stormwater Management User Fee For Fiscal Year 2007/2008 As Provided For In Chapter 14.01 Of The Colton Municipal Code .
