None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Acceptance of Donation from Mr. Byron Marques of a Bronze Sculptured Bust of Ken <br />Hubbs, by Artist Patrick Jewett. <br />Community Services Director Smith introduced the acceptance of the sculpture bust of Ken <br />Hubbs with the Artist Patrick Jewett present and Miss Griffith representing Mr. Byron Marques <br />who is ill this evening; <br />Director Smith provided a brief background on Mr. Marques and the artist Mr. Jewett, and Mayor <br />Chastain unveiled the sculpture. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />Stormwater Fee <br />This was The Time And Place Fixed To Consider To Approve And Adopt A Resolution <br />Approving The Basic Fee For Stormwater Services And The Stormwater Management User Fee <br />For Fiscal Year 2007/2008 As Provided For In Chapter 14.01 Of The Colton Municipal Code. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the affidavit of publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />City Engineer Jakher provided a PowerPoint presentation and and overview of the agenda item <br />for council consideration and approval of staff's recommendation. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Mitchell to close the public hearing.
