STAFF REPORTS: WATERNVASTEWATER DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Information Report — Update on Perchlorate in City's Wells with Reference to Recent Adoption of a MCL (Maximum Contaminate Level) by the State of California. Water/Waster Water Director Fraser gave a brief informational report of the perchlorate in the City's Wells. Discussion continued with Council acknowledging staff on the work that has been completed and questioned possible additional funds to improve water quality. Staff responded. Motion/second by CM Mitchell/Yzaguirre receive and file the reports following a request for public input, with the understanding that by doing so the City Council was affirming staff intention to continue well head treatment operations as described in the reports.
