None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation Alex Estrada, Director of Redevelopment and Transportation, provided a <br />PowerPoint presentation regarding updates on IVDA Projects. <br />Presentation Cadet Charlotte Morgan, Colton High School NJROTC, provided a brief <br />background on Toys for Tots and invited all to participate. <br />Presentation Police Chief Miller introduced Police Officer Felipe Vega, Jr., who was <br />sworn in by Mayor Chastain <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Buildinq and Fire Code <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Passing Second Reading Of An Ordinance Of <br />The City Council Of The City Of Colton Amending Sections 15.04.010, 15.04.020, 15.04.090, <br />And Chapter 15.16 Of The Colton Municipal Code In Their Entirety, Through Adopting By <br />Reference The 2007 Edition Of The California Building Standards Code (California Code Of <br />Regulations, Title 24); Incorporating The 2007 California Building Code, (Incorporating And <br />Amending The 2006 International Building Code); The 2007 California Electrical Code <br />(Incorporating And Amending The 2005 National Electrical Code); The 2007 California <br />Mechanical Code (Incorporating And Amending The 2006 Uniform Mechanical Code); The 2007 <br />California Plumbing Code (Incorporating And Amending The 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code) And <br />The 2007 California Fire Code (Incorporating And Amending The 2006 Edition Of The <br />International Fire Code); Together With Certain Additions, Insertions, Deletions And Changes <br />Thereto; And Adopting By Reference The 1997 Uniform Sign Code; The 1997 Uniform Code <br />For The Abatement Of Dangerous Buildings; The 1997 Uniform Administrative Code; The 2000 <br />Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, And Hot Tub Code; The 1997 Uniform Code For Building <br />Conservation; And The 1997 Uniform Housing Code; And Repealing Ordinance No. 0-13-02 <br />And 0-14-02 <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />City Manager Parrish explained that this was the second reading of Ordinance 0-19-07 and <br />although Community Development Director Zamora was not available, questions could be <br />addressed by staff present. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM Mitchell/De La Rosa to close the public hearing.
