received his notice and CM Mitchell states that he did not received the 24 notice in a <br />timely manner and waives the notice, therefore, members unable to conduct the <br />meeting. <br />City Attorney Derleth suggests that direction from the three Councilmembers requesting <br />the meeting be considered and requests that direction be given to adjourn to another <br />date and time. The meeting can be added to the Regular Tuesday Meeting Agenda, or <br />adjourned to another Special Meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT. <br />At 5:51 p.m., with consensus of Council, Mayor Chastain declared the Special Meeting <br />adjourned until further notice. <br />Olivia R.
