CEREMONIAL MATTERS: Presentations, Awards, Proclamations • Presentation Judy Clarke, RDA Senior Project Manager, who introduced the City of Colton business spotlight recipient Pet's Choice Grooming and Supply located in District 6. Mayor Chastain and CM Suchil presented a certificate of appreciation to Ty Ho for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. • Recognition Police Chief Miller recognized the Silver Sponsors of the Colton PAL Golf Tournament Presentation Police Chief Miller introduced New Police Officer Johnathan Fluid, Mayor Chastain administered the Oath of Office and welcomed Officer Fluid. PUBLIC HEARING: Extension of Moratorium This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider An Urgency Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton In Accordance With Government Code Section 65858 Enacting For An Additional Period Of Ten (10) Months And Fifteen (15) Days A Moratorium On The Approval Of Land Use Entitlements And Permit Applications Within The 100± Acre Regional Park Study Area Generally Located North And West Of The Santa Ana River.
