Approve the Proposed Project List for the 2008 Tax Increment Bond Issuance based on the <br />Estimated Available Bond Capacity and Direct the Bond Finance Team to: 1) Commence the <br />Process of Making the Benefit and Financial Findings Consistent with Redevelopment Law for <br />the Proposed Project List and 2) Begin Preparation of the Financing Documents and Rating <br />Agency Credit Presentation. <br />Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell/CM Suchil to pull this item and present it in a <br />workshop environment.
